How about some baby foods, esp. organic or kosher? Handmade stuff from Etsy is always fun too, and many sellers seem amenable to blog giveaways.
One way to get more followers would be to participate in some of the blog giveaway clearinghouses. If you google blog giveaways you'll see several sites that collect all of the giveaways going on. I've gone to sites like that to see if there was anything I was especially interested in winning.
