Twister
is such a great party game. I used to love playing with my friends, although I rarely got the chance and I haven't played in years. This is such a fantastic game to get people up off of the couch to exercise! Yep, if you're looking for a fun way to burn a few calories, Twister is the game for you. You get to contort yourself into all different shapes while trying not to fall on your face. But if you're an adult with a bad back, this might aggravate it so don't overdo it. :-) This can be played by anyone ages 6 and up, so get your kids away from the TV, grab your spouse and start up a game. You can play with 2 to 4 players, and the last person standing (err, crouching?) wins. Who wants to get tied up into knots??
