Now that I've passed the six-week mark post-partum, I've decided it's time to start losing the excessive weight that I put on during pregnancy. I'm using the Moms Into Fitness 60-Day Slimdown diet program, although I haven't gotten up the time or motivation to start the exercises. But either way, I've already lost weight!
Starting weight 2/13: 180.4 lbs (BMI 37.7)
Today's weight 2/20: 177.6 lbs (BMI 37.1)
Weekly weight loss: 2.8 lbs
Total weight lost: 2.8 lbs

Mini Goal weight: 141 lbs (pre-pregnancy weight)
Pounds to go: 36.6 lbs
Ultimate Goal weight: 100 lbs
Pounds to go: 77.6 lbs
I will be updating here every week to keep myself honest and motivate me more. Maybe soon I'll even start real exercise. :-)

Way to go! When I give birth in May, I too will begin exercising and dieting like crazy to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight. It's such a bummer that pregnancy must involved weight gain :)
