Slim Down Sunday

Well, I kinda fell of the wagon this past week. At the beginning of the week I was good and lost about a half a pound or so...then I gained it back. Luckily I'm no heavier than I was last week, but I'm also no lighter. *sigh* I'm starting to log my food intake on my computer using a program called FitDay, so hopefully it will make me even more conscious of what I'm putting in my body and how many calories I'm eating.
Last week's weight 2/20: 177.6 lbs (BMI 37.1)
Today's weight 2/27: 177.6 lbs (BMI 37.1)
Weekly weight loss: 0 lbs
Total weight lost: 2.8 lbs

Mini Goal weight: 141 lbs (pre-pregnancy weight)
Pounds to go: 36.6 lbs
Ultimate Goal weight: 100 lbs
Pounds to go: 77.6 lbs

Hopefully next week I'll have better news on the weight loss front!

I just LOVE FitDay! It helps so much! Keep working on your weightloss. It's a hard journey, but tracking your food will get you well on your way! Good luck!

At least you didn't gain anything! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I lost 2 pounds, but it's hard to celebrate when I am heavier than I have EVER been!
