I guess my body just likes losing about 1.5 lbs per week. The only part that bugs me is that I usually lose the whole thing at the very beginning of the week, then gain back the pound and then re-lose it. It's totally frustrating! I'd rather it just take me down bit by bit rather than make me excited and then upset when the scale goes the wrong way.
Last week's weight 4/3: 166.2 lbs (BMI 34.1)
Today's weight 4/10: 164.8 lbs (BMI 33.9)
Weekly weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Total weight lost: 15.6 lbs

Mini Goal weight: 141 lbs (pre-pregnancy weight)
Pounds to go: 23.8 lbs
Ultimate Goal weight: 100 lbs
Pounds to go: 64.8 lbs
At least it's going in the right direction, right? *sigh* I wish this would go more quickly!
