Slim Down Sunday

Sorry this is a bit late, but I haven't spent more than 5 seconds at the computer all day. In any case, even though I only lost a bit more than a pound this week, it's still good because earlier on in the week I had another bounce up to 157. So in my head it's really as if I lost over 2 lbs.
Last week's weight 5/29: 155.6 lbs (BMI 32.0)
Today's weight 6/5: 154.4 lbs (BMI 31.7)
Weekly weight loss: 1.2 lbs
Total weight lost: 26 lbs

Mini Goal weight: 141 lbs (pre-pregnancy weight)
Pounds to go: 13.4 lbs
Ultimate Goal weight: 100 lbs
Pounds to go: 54.4 lbs

Slow and steady wins the race, as they say. I cheated twice this week when there was no other food around, so I have to be careful to make sure I'm well fed before I go someplace where there is sure not to be any Atkins-friendly food. :-)
