Slim Down Sunday

Well, I gained weight again but not as badly as I did last week. I decided to restart my Metformin and kill the Atkins diet. My body just doesn't do very well on low carbs, and the pediatrician thinks it was hurting my milk supply. So I'm still watching how many carbs I eat, but I'm not going super low either. I should probably watch my calories more, but I'm sick of being on a diet for the last several months and I think I need a little bit of a break. I'm still going to keep this up because I don't want to gain weight (like I have been), but I don't think I'm going to be on a structured diet for a little while.
Last week's weight 6/12: 156.2 lbs (BMI 32.1)
Today's weight 6/19: 156.4 lbs (BMI 32.1)
Weekly weight loss: +0.2 lbs
Total weight lost: 24 lbs

Mini Goal weight: 141 lbs (pre-pregnancy weight)
Pounds to go: 15.4 lbs
Ultimate Goal weight: 100 lbs
Pounds to go: 56.4 lbs

At least I lost .2 lbs over Shabbos... :-)
