Summer Memories - Scotties Giveaway (Ends 8/31)

From 1992 to 1998 I went to summer camp in Canada every year. I cherish the time I spent there and wish I could give the same experiences to my children, but they have very different traditions than I did. Every year, my kids get to visit their aunt and uncle in Washington, DC for one week over the summer. One week without parents! My youngest went for the first time this year, but without the three older ones. Tomorrow the three older kids will fly down to DC, leaving me with only one child for about 10 days. I may get spoiled!

Every year I get to see the amazing pictures that my sister and brother-in-law take of the kids. They always have a great deal of fun and come back with stories of the adventures they had. Last year, they even went camping!

I'm looking forward to once again hearing about all of the fun they had, though I will definitely miss them while they're away.

Scotties Tissues is offering up a $25 Amazon gift card and a Scotties care package to one of my lucky readers. See entry options below and good luck!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

We were sent a Scotties Prize Pack free of charge for the sole purpose of this posting; no other compensation was received. All opinions expressed are my own.

I used to love camping when I was growing up. My mom and grandma took my brother, sister and I camping at many different national parks. I have some special memories from those times! :)

My favorite memory from this summer though was probably the 4th of July get-together one of our church friends hosted. We had such a good time visiting and spending time with different families from church!

Thanks for the giveaway!

Oh I have to say mine has been raising Monarchs this summer. We have released 76 so far and have about 100 right now growing and eating milkweed, or in a chrysalis waiting to emerge. Has been so neat watching them grow and spin their chrysalis...and emerge!

Wow... I have so many and summer is still going strong. :) A few favorite memories are watching our niece get married here at home and then our nephew in Toronto. While in Toronto, we spent 4 days with our son and daughter in law. We also went to Niagara Falls for a belated honeymoon. See, awesome memories.
